Due to that, the number ofcommercial VCO was increasing in the market. Marina,Che Man, Nazimah, and Amin (2009a) described the chemicalproperties of commercial VCO available in Malaysiaand Indonesia. The results revealed that chemical propertiesof VCO did not vary much from the RBD coconut oil.
