Since its appearance in the market, VCO is well accepted
by consumer as functional food oil and the demand
for this oil continues to increase. Due to that, the number of
commercial VCO was increasing in the market. Marina,
Che Man, Nazimah, and Amin (2009a) described the chemical
properties of commercial VCO available in Malaysia
and Indonesia. The results revealed that chemical properties
of VCO did not vary much from the RBD coconut oil.
