Take necessary EMS equipment to the victim(s) for triage and treatment.
 Provide radio narrative for number of victims, severity of injuries, and geographic location of victim(s). Advise best placement of aerial apparatus.
 Package victim on tapered backboard, place victim in Stokes basket, locate Stokes basket directly below the aerial ladder tip. Secure Stokes basket bridle, check knot, and observe the rope is in the left pulley sheave unobstructed.
 Coordinate with Turntable Unit and Landing Zone Unit for the safe removal of the victim to a designated location.
