MATERIALS AND METHODS
Materials
The materials used in this study is virgin coconut oil
from PT. Tropica Nucifera Industry Indonesia. The
following analytical grade chemicals were used:
a. Methanol (Merck, Germany)
b. Sodium hydroxide (Merck, Germany)
c. Hydrochloric acid (Merck, Germany)
d. Sodium sulfate anhydrous (Merck, Germany)
The tools used in this study are as follows: a set of
laboratory glassware, machinery stirrer RW 16 basic brandIKAWERE
(stirre propeller), a set series of fractionation
distillation apparatus, Gas Chromatography, and Gas
Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS QP2010S
Shimadzu).

Các vật liệu sử dụng trong nghiên cứu này là dầu dừa tinh khiết
từ PT. Tropica nucifera Công nghiệp Indonesia. Các
chất hóa học lớp phân tích sau đây được sử dụng:
a. Methanol (Merck, Đức)
b. Sodium hydroxide (Merck, Đức)
c. Axit Clohydric (Merck, Đức)
d. Sodium sulfate khan (Merck, Đức)
Các công cụ được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu này là như sau: một bộ
thủy tinh phòng thí nghiệm, máy móc thiết bị khuấy RW 16 cơ bản brandIKAWERE
(cánh quạt stirre), một loạt tập các phân đoạn
bộ máy chưng cất, Sắc ký khí, khí
Chromatography- khối phổ (GC-MS QP2010S
Shimadzu).
