The Social Account Manager will be responsible for implementing social media activation programs and strategies to maximize online engagement around client divisions, campaigns and promotions at the local level. This position will partner with the Community Manager and interface with a Regional Social Media Director and the Global Social Media Center headquartered in Chicago. Core focus of the Social Account Manager will be to engage, and build relationships with, key client stakeholders in the local markets.• Build and maintain relationships with local market client including, but not limited to, those responsible for social marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and/or customer service • Act as key contact point and channel between local market agency and local market client• Provide direction supervision to the Community Manager• Partner with Community Manager to execute local-level programs• Partner with Community Manager to localize global content into a strategic feed for production and integration with local partner channels; ensure global/local content is executed as planned with all quality and timeline needs met• Manage page/channel daily operations, including themes/skin/layout changes when appropriate• Create and manage the local editorial calendar working in close partnership with Community Manager and the client local market clients; note that strategic direction for, and approval of, calendars is the responsibility of local market client• Collaborate with the Regional SMD assigned to the local market to gather, interpret and report insights on what types of content drives traffic and grows the number of fans/followers• Interface between Global Social Media Center, Regional Social Media Director and other key stakeholders within the agency and client organizations• Establish, maintain and leverage relationships with local bloggers & influencers• Understand online media landscape, identify target consumer lifestyles and create partnerships with relevant websites, as required• Understand the myriad of new web properties and distribution platforms• Understand the ‘value exchange’ process by which earned partnerships are negotiated aroundYêu Cầu Công Việc• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in digital and/or social media marketing• Passionate leader who values and fosters collaborative, cohesive teams• Digitally savvy• Active participation in wide variety of social media activities• Background in strategic digital marketing, preferred• Travel to / from local client location on frequent basis (e.g., as much as daily) to engage internal stakeholders in support of VOC management• Understand popular social networks including design, functionality and users• Affinity and passion for technology and consumer electronics• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Client side communication experience• Ability to leverage existing media relationships to generate earned impressions & engagements• Attention to detail• Appreciative of creative product • Culturally sensitive• LANGUAGE NOTE* Candidate must be fluent in local market language(s) as well as speak and understand English• High level of professional maturityChia sẻ
