2. Project Chief Engineer
1) Be responsible for the Project Manager; assist the Project Manager in work; perform the responsibility and authority of Project Manager on behalf of Project Manager when Project Manager goes out.
2) Direct daily construction production scheduling, scientifically organize and deploy personnel, property and material used in the project construction to ensure the completion of the project progress on schedule,
3) Take responsibility of construction technology, safety and quality of works in this construction section, and organize the preparation of major construction scheme of the Project and joint examination of construction drawings.
4) Take responsibility of the identification of technical performance of all tools and equipment used in the Project, and provide technical guidance to the Project. The technical scheme of general measures shall be finally approved by the Project Chief Engineer.
5) Take responsibility of implementation of integrated management system standard and ensure the effective operation of the system in the Project.
6) Take responsibility of pre-job technical training and examination, and verify the conditions for starting construction.
7) Take responsibility of periodical update of the project progress and the application of "Project Information Management System".
8) Organize the collection, compilation, handover and filing of project data of this construction section.
3. Technical Director
1) Under the leadership of the Project Chief Engineer, he shall take responsibility of the construction technology of this construction section, and be responsible for the Project Chief Engineer.
2) Carry out relevant national construction technology policies, as well as relevant technical regulations, specifications and technology management system issued by higher authorities.
3) Prepare construction technology materials for the Project Department, organize the technical disclosure to construction by the Project Management Department, and solve technical problems occurred during construction of the construction section.
4) Take responsibility of the preparation of construction quality and safety ensuring measures.
5) Take responsibility of the metrological management of the Project.
4. Quality Director
1) Take responsibility of the daily quality management, and perform comprehensive inspection and control to each process which will influence the project quality.
2) Participate the collection, compilation, handover and filing of project data of this construction section. Supervise and inspect the project quality.
3) Prepare the quality report and submit to the project entity and related departments.
5. Safety Director
1) Perform daily safety management to the works in this construction section, and supervise and inspect the safety of the Project.
2) Implement relevant safety system and regulations, find and correct unsafety though site patrol, audit the safety measures to ensure a safe construction, check whether tools and equipment used on site can ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, and whether site arrangement meets the regulations and requirements of relevant technical scheme.
3) Collect and archive safety records; prepare safety report and submit to the project entity and related departments.
