The effectiveness of the treebone clearly depends on the age
threshold. If the threshold is too low, many unstable nodes
would be included in the treebone; on the other hand, giving
a high threshold, few nodes could be considered stable. Our
objective is thus to optimize the Expected Service Time (EST)
of a treebone node by selecting an appropriate age threshold.
