Fastfood often contains a great amount of fat products. Indeed, common fastfood like hamburgers and sausages are made with oil, butter and cheese. These high amount of fat will probably lead to overweight, obesity and several other health-related problems.By contrast, traditional food is generally more healthy than fastfood. This is because people use fresh ingredients and can control the amount of, for example, oil, that they use to make food. Eating more vegetables and less fat is beneficial to people’s health both physically and mentally.
