c. Social value: Larger concept which includes social capital as well as the subjective aspects of the citizens' well-being, such as their ability to participate in making decisions that affect them

d. Socialist: a person who advocates or practices socialism and socialism is about production for use, not profit.
e. Private Ownership: Private property is a legal designation for the ownership of property by non-governmental legal entities. 2. What are the main differences between businessman/woman and business entrepreneur?
- Businessman/woman: a man/woman who works in business or commerce, especially at an executive level, a person with a specified level of skill in financial matters
- Business entrepreneur: a man/woman in starting and running a business or commerce (startup)
3. What is the meaning of social entrepreneurship?
Social entrepreneurship is a special form of management which purpose to run a production function in such a way as to ensure increased value for all the participating parties in that function (Sandal 2004)
4. What is the connection between pragmatism and basic democratic norm?
- Pragmatism: Everyone is entitled to express themselves in a pragmatic way in the social system
- Basic democratic norm: everyone should have the same right (and opportunity) to influence the collective decisions that influence the system and themselves.

5. Why is the social entrepreneurship important for democratic development?
Since the process of social entrepreneurship leads the society in a democratic direction. The results are: economic development, equal rights, better world, peace, more secure society etc.
6. Explain what is mean by social innovation?
Social innovation denotes the process whereby the individual makes free and independent decisions concerning the combination and use of factors of production, with the aim of introducing a social service which improves people’ lives and has not been on the market previously (Sandal 2004).
7. Outline price composition (price columns) in static and dynamic production
- Static production: production price + wages of management
- Dynamic production: production price + wages of management + capital profit+ entrepreneurial profit
8. Employees in government and companies are not are not regarded social entrepreneurs. Why?
Because they are belong to specific organization and they are not free to establish and run their own business in social sector.
9. The world is going through a social transformation – what are the challenges?
- Lack of sufficient knowledge about this field
- Environment friendly vs the business profit
- Perception of social entrepreneurship and existing habit/prejudice
- New and challenges situation/problems
10. Explain what is mean by economic development, using the static – dynamic model.
Economic development in term of static and dynamic model, labor sources movement, and commodity and service market: The labor marginal utility value exchange, the trend is to move from static to dynamic production zone to reduce the number of unemployed people, magnify the benefit for all parties, produce more value in effective way.
11. Why is it important to employ people in dynamic production function even in good times? The work can be effective only when the right person in chose in the right time and for the right work.
12. Every sector is object for change through social entrepreneurship
a. Choose and describe one sector which you think is very important to change
Orphan children or handicap: teach them a craft/profession in handicraft, service
b. Why do you think this specific sector, which you have chosen, is important to change?
Give them a brighter future and they can work by themselves, earn for living. A work/craft must not too long, suitable with their ability
c. What do you think the result after change could be?They can apply for a job, earn money, training the next generation
d. How could you, as an individual, contribute as social entrepreneur in the process of change? Any support such as linking people together, send people to practical training, give advice and lecture
e. What kind of obstacles do you see? Persuade those children to gather together in a vocational training center.
