- Pragmatism: Everyone is entitled to express themselves in a pragmatic way in the social system

Economic development in term of static and dynamic model, labor sources movement, and commodity and service market: The labor marginal utility value exchange, the trend is to move from static to dynamic production zone to reduce the number of unemployed people, magnify the benefit for all parties, produce more value in effective way.
11. Why is it important to employ people in dynamic production function even in good times? The work can be effective only when the right person in chose in the right time and for the right work.
12. Every sector is object for change through social entrepreneurship
a. Choose and describe one sector which you think is very important to change
Orphan children or handicap: teach them a craft/profession in handicraft, service
b. Why do you think this specific sector, which you have chosen, is important to change?
Give them a brighter future and they can work by themselves, earn for living. A work/craft must not too long, suitable with their ability
c. What do you think the result after change could be?They can apply for a job, earn money, training the next generation
d. How could you, as an individual, contribute as social entrepreneur in the process of change? Any support such as linking people together, send people to practical training, give advice and lecture
e. What kind of obstacles do you see? Persuade those children to gather together in a vocational training center.
