The European country saw the most dramatic change in the amount of chicken use.In 1979, that country used much chicken more than fish and other meats, at 220 grams per person per week. The amount of beef and lamb consumed stood at 140 and 150 grams respectively, whereas this number is only around 60 grams in fish. The most common meat in 1979, beef, is consumed less over 10 years and had the same figure with beef in 1989, at 200 grams. By 10 years, fish use remained 50 grams per person per week.Over the period between 1989 and 2004, chicked use reached a peak 250 grams per person per week. By contrast, people in that European country used less beef, lamb and fish per week in 2004. The number was 100, 60 and 40 grams respectively. Fish always remained the least common dish almost all the time surveyed.
