UNo events shall result in any increase of the Contract Price and/or any adjustment to the Schedule, to the extent that such modifications, deletions and/or additions to the Works are required or any delay to the Schedule is caused:
(a) as a result of acts or omissions of the Contractor, any Subcontractor or their personnel including but not restricted to non-compliance with the terms and conditions of their respective contracts;
(b) to correct failure the Contractor, any Subcontractor or their personnel to perform their respective work in accordance with the requirements of the Contract such as but not limited to errors, omissions, poor engineering practice, faulty design, poor workmanship or delays in performance;
(c) as a result of corrections to the Employer’s Requirements or to other information provided by or on behalf of the Employer(except for Rely-Upon Information) or to any error, inaccuracy or omission of any kind in the Employer’s Requirements arising out of or in connection with the Contractor’s failure to examine and verify the Employer’s Requirements; or
(d) to implement alterations and adjustments to the design of the Works which form part of the normal engineering development included within the scope of the Employer’s Requirements or which are required for the logical completion of design in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements and the normal standards of professional process plant engineering including alterations and adjustments required for safety
