3.1.2 Project Outline. Based on the Positioning Statement and in coordination with the Project Architect and interior designer, a detailed project outline ("Project Outline") related to the development of the Project will be prepared by AHR for the Owner's review and approval, which includes but not limited to the following information and/or revision:
(a) development of a food and beverage concept profile;
(b) public area requirement;
(c) back of the house requirement;
(d) room amenities requirement;
(e) hotel amenities requirement;
(f) operational work flow and staffing guide; and
(g) a marketing analysis and sales plan.

3.1.2 Sơ lược dự án.
