Procedure a) Take 25 g meat sample in 100 ml distilled water b) Bend it with in pestle and mortal c) Filter through Whatman No. 1 filter paper, folded thrice so as to make eight sections. DRAFTd) Allow the homogenate to seep between the folds e) Collect the extract in 100 ml graduated cylinder for 15 min. f) Record extract release volume and interpret results
