DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT
OF THE VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTRE
(Re.: Appointment of Arbitrator at the request of the Claimant)

Pursuant to Article 11.1 of the Rules of Arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre in force as from 1 January 2012,
DECIDES
Article 1: To appoint Mr. Henry Haddock, at 40 Floral Road, Tudor, Lamia, to act as Arbitrator of the Case No 66/2015 between Locus Ltd, Beta and Rosen Ltd, Alpha.
Article 2: This decision takes effect from the date of signing of 02 November 2015.
Article 3: Mrs. Vu Thu Hang, the VIAC Secretary and the relevant parties in the Case No 66/2015 shall implement this decision.

Căn cứ Điều 11.1 của Quy tắc trọng tài của Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 01 tháng 1 2012,
QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Điều 1: Bổ nhiệm ông Henry Haddock, tại 40 Floral Road, Tudor, Lamia, làm Trọng tài viên của các Trường hợp thứ 66/2015 giữa Locus Ltd, Beta và Rosen Ltd, Alpha.
Điều 2: Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký 02 tháng 11 năm 2015.
Điều 3: Bà Vũ Thu Hằng, VIAC Thư ký và các bên có liên quan trong vụ No 66/2015 trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này. CHỦ TỊCH VIỆT NAM TRUNG TÂM TRỌNG TÀI QUỐC TẾ (Đã ký và đóng dấu) TRẦN HỮU HUỲNH nhận: - Ông Henry Haddock; - Nguyên đơn, bị đơn - VIAC (cho nộp đơn)
