The contract with guarantee obligat

The contract with guarantee obligations is void and parties have not yet performed that contract, then the Guarantee Contract shall be terminated automatically; if parties have partially or wholly implemented the contract, then the Guarantee Contract shall not be terminated, unless otherwise agreed by parties.
