* I grabbed the cd reduction spec because I'm constantly fighting and only time I'm not dishing out spells in middle of fights is when I am dead and that 5% movement doesn’t change much since you're usually holding the lane and keeping tower alive.
3*health was grabbed for obvious reasons (tankier = more hp)
4*This talent is good either way you go, I chose to go down because I felt like I could never hit the enemy with my second ability and believe me that range helps alot. It's also ok to go up and get some tankiness if you prefer that and think you have no issue hitting your second skill when you need to.
5*This talent is also good either way you chose to go with, I went down because I thought it could help me with my problem of not hitting my second and third ability consistently and would go the other way in a heartbeat.
6*Now unless you're slower than slow poke, I really don't see the need in going with more radius on your third ability for this talent. Getting a little extra damage goes a long way in the long run especially if you got the first talent locked down to cd red.
7*Is self explanatory, damage is better than healing. Especially when the extra damage is free where as the healing has a condition you need to fulfil first.
8*This talent is what differs good Galen's from the great Galen's. I'll et you choose either one you like. I wouldn't change my decision, the shield is not enough for me.
9*Do you really think the root AFTER you die will change anything?
I'd rather get back to tower quicker using the movement speed on spawn.
10*This can go either way as well, although I see better usage for this talent in getting the increased radius, especially in team fight scenarios. If the extra damage from the latter talent was more than 12 damage I would probably have picked that one up.
