By writing this email, I would like to inform you that the VGM submission is effective from Jul 01, 2016 is based on ETD of vessel (sailing date). Please make sure to use the most updated VGM form that is designed by Ministry of Transportation to declare.
Pleases note that the declaration form must be submitted to us before VGM cut-off AND you are also required to provide to your Trucker one VGM that they can submit to Terminal/ ICDs. Otherwise, Terminal/ ICDs do not allow your container gate in.
