Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) issued Decision 234/QD-BNN-KL on the date of 27 January 2010 establish the National Committee on Wildlife Enforcement implementation. The member of National Committee include leader from Custom, Police, CITES, Biodiversity, Border control, Market control Department and leading by Vice - Minister of MARD. The main duty of Committee are:
Monitoring the implementation of wildlife enforcement law as well as international convention which Vietnam is member
Strengthen cooperation between enforcement agencies to again the wildlife crime
Consult to the government Authority to improve the legislation and policy to protect the wildlife
Strengthen and consult to Government agency in international cooperation to combat the wildlife crime

Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn (Bộ NN & PTNT) đã ban hành Quyết định 234 / QĐ-BNN-KL ngày 27 Tháng 1 2010 thành lập Uỷ ban quốc gia về thực vật hoang dã Enforcement. Các thành viên của Ủy ban Quốc gia bao gồm lãnh đạo từ Custom, Cảnh sát, Công ước CITES, đa dạng sinh học, kiểm soát biên giới, Cục kiểm soát thị trường và dẫn đầu bởi Phó - Bộ trưởng Bộ NN & PTNT. Nhiệm vụ chính của Ủy ban là:
Giám sát việc thực hiện pháp luật thực thi pháp động vật hoang dã cũng như quy ước quốc tế mà Việt Nam là thành viên
Tăng cường hợp tác giữa các cơ quan thực thi pháp luật để lại các tội phạm động vật hoang dã
Tham mưu cho Cơ quan chính phủ để cải thiện các luật pháp và chính sách để bảo vệ động vật hoang dã
Tăng cường và tham khảo ý kiến với cơ quan Chính phủ trong hợp tác quốc tế để chống lại các tội phạm động vật hoang dã
