INSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS FOR INVESTMENT CERTIFICATE

The Investor should supply necessary documents to make application for investment certificate, as follows:
1. Certificate of Establishment of mother company (copy and confirmed by Vietnamese Consulate at the mother company’s country).

2. Certificate Of Account Balance for the amount which will be contributed as charter capital to the company in Vietnam (to be translated into Vietnamese and confirmed by Vietnamese Consulate at the mother company’s country or its copy with Vietnam Notary confirm).
3. Financial Statements for the last two fiscal years (to be translated into Vietnamese, signed and stamped by mother company’s legal representative comfirming this document is copied from the original one).

4. Copies of Passports of the mother company’s representative and that of the legal representative of the Enterprise in Vietnam (which is confirmed and sealed by Vietnamese Consulate at the mother company’s country).

5. Authorized Letter of the mother company to the representative of the company in Vietnam (original and translated copy in English or Vietnamese and signed by the mother company’s representative ).
6. Fill in enough information on the form attached herewith.
