Findings
Multiple areas of soft tissue swelling are
found on both hands, preferentially around
the metacarpophalangeal joints. The presence
of uric acid can be confirmed in those areas
due to its typical spectral dual energy properties.
Additionally, contrast enhancement can be
shown in the area of acute inflammation due
to the spectral behaviour of iodine.

tìm thấy trên cả hai tay, ưu tiên xung quanh
các khớp metacarpophalangeal. Sự hiện diện
