Chapter 16: going home

"Miku" I hear someone softly speak. I slightly half-open my eyes and feel warmth hitting my skin. "eh…" I say turning shuffling around.

I open my eyes fully now looking around the room, I looked to my left and saw Len looking at me.

Our eyes locked and he smiled at me, he was still lying in bed, and our hands were still holding from last night.

"Do you remember what happened last night?" I say starting to laugh. He looked at me confused. "n-no what happened?"

I smiled at him. "you kept on calling me 'miku-chan and kissed me everywhere!" I blush about what happened last night but still laugh.

He looks at me shocked and turns around. "I couldn't have done that!" Len says denying the truth. "sure sure" I say.

I get out of the bed and quickly grab the towel and cover myself. He stares at me leave to get changed back to my normal clothes.

Once I changed I tie my hair in two ponytails and walk back to the room. Len was still in the bed going on his phone again.

"hurry up baka!" I say pulling the blanket away from him…I forgot that he was shirtless. I look away and blushed. "fine" I hear him say, I hear him go out the door.

I walk downstairs to the sweet smell of eggs and bacon yum, it felt like home. I look at Meiko who was there cooking.

"Ohayo Meiko!" She looks at me and smiles. "Morning!" She turns back to cooking. I look around before clearing my throat.

"So um Meiko, Len was acting weird last night… do you know why?" I look at her curiously.

"Well I did put something in Len's drink…its actually revenge, he did that to me so it was payback time." She says smirking. I laugh.

"hai hai." I say before setting up the table. Len came downstairs with his hair all wet like he had a shower but really he just washed his face.

He yawns and looks at Meiko annoyed. "I know what you did." He says with a creepy face. Meiko giggles and turns of the gas.

He takes a quick glance at me and shyly looks away. He looks over at Meiko to see what she was cooking. "you always make the best bacon and egg!" He says smiling.

I take a seat and he takes a seat opposite of me, and Meiko sits on the end.

"Itadakimasu!" She says grabbing her fork and eating.

I grab my fork and eat as well as Len. After we finish eating we sit there for a while and talk about random things.

We were about to leave so me and Len both walked up to the rooms to collect our bags and fix the bed.

We occasionally awkwardly made eye contact and soon after looked away. Most of the time it was silent though and I didn't know why.

We both head downstairs to see Meiko. She looks at us and smiles. "Are you ready? I'll walk you back to the train station if you want me too?"

I look at Len who shook his head. "Thank you, though its fine." She looked slightly disappointed but still smiled.

"Okay then have a safe trip home!" She walks up to Len and gives him a hug which Len hugs back. She then looks at me and lightly hugs me. "bye bye, it was fun!" She pulls away from the hug and opens the door.

"Oh one more thing!" She comes closer to my ear. "Tell Kaito I said hi, please?" I nod and smile too.

"let's go." Len says in a deep voice. We wave at Meiko as the door closes.

I look at Len who was staring somewhere else. "Leeeennnn" I drag out his name. He looks at me and half smiles.

"Did you have fun?" He says grabbing my hand. I blush and smile. "Of course, Meiko even found someone!" I look at him happily.

We reach the train station and get on the train that gets back to our place.

We took our seats and I shut my eyes, only taking a light nap. Len did the same.

The train finally stopped, we both got off and we said our goodbye's.

I went back home and went upstairs and took a nice long shower, then afterwards I packed up for everything since we had school tomorrow.

I jump onto my bed and look at my phone to see notifications from Luka and Rin.

ARE YOU BACK YET? – Rin

Im assuming you are home by now, you better come to school tomorrow! – Luka

I smile as I reply back to them and look at the time; I still have a couple of hours until I go to bed…

I wonder what Len's doing right now…? I shuffle around in my bed and grab the manga from under the bed.

"good things there's shojo mangas." I mumble to myself. I flip the page to the start. "Lets see….ah chapter one."

I silently read for a bit but soon get bored…"I want to watch…a movie!" I smile proudly thinking of a good way to pass the time.

30 minutes in the movie I start to get tired and restless. "im hungry." I say to myself walking down the stairs slowly and looking at the pantry…"ehh no food!"

Maybe I should go to the market near my place and get some food.

I grab my wallet and phone and take a quick run to the market, I enter and say hello to the counter person, and then I head straight to the sweets.

"mmm pocky, and puccho, oh and hi-chew!" I look at all the sweets and suddenly feel like drooling.

"Looks who's here." I hear a familiar girls voice call
