The Addendum contract
( For all contracts signed before August, 2016 between the two parties)


I. Party B doesn’t want Party A to do SONCAP, Party B will be responsible for SONCAP.

II. The first container, Party A will export on August, 20th.

III. Payments:
1. The payments' form : transfer through banks
2. The payment for each container:
_ Party B must transfer 40,848.5 USD to in the bank account of Party A.
_ Party B must transfer all the money of the next container before expected export's day is 10 days. The expected date of export of each container, Party A will notify Party B through email [e-mail]
_ There are 4 containers, the shipping is $ 8,400 USD, party A will pay and party B will return party A
_If Party B don't transfer enough money for the next container, Party A have the right to terminate the contract or the delivery date will stand slowed corresponds to the date Party B transfer money more slowly and Party B will lose the deposit

2. Việc chi trả cho mỗi container:
_ Bên B phải chuyển 40,848.5 USD trong tài khoản ngân hàng của Bên A.
_ Bên B phải chuyển toàn bộ số tiền của container tiếp theo trước khi dự kiến ngày xuất khẩu là 10 ngày. Ngày dự kiến xuất khẩu của từng container, Bên A sẽ thông báo cho Bên B thông qua email [e-mail]
_ Có 4 container, vận chuyển là $ 8,400 USD, bên A sẽ thanh toán và bên B sẽ trở lại bên A
_Nếu Bên B don 't chuyển đủ tiền cho các container tiếp theo, Bên A có quyền chấm dứt hợp đồng hoặc ngày giao hàng sẽ đứng tương ứng chậm lại để Đảng ngày chuyển tiền B chậm hơn và Bên B sẽ mất tiền đặt cọc
