OUT-2 would like to confirm the following information with My Pho and would appreciate your feedback by return email within today.

1. Date of Submission of Drawings to Landlord for Approval

Please advise on what date drawing details were submitted to the Landlord for approval and what the status of the approval is. When do you expect to receive approval from the Landlord?

2. Shop Drawings

As previously advised the submission of Shop Drawings did not meet OUT-2 Design standards and have been rejected. We request that you resubmit the Shop Drawings no later than 16:00PM on the 21st September, 2016. Please confirm you will be able to resubmit the shop drawings by this time and date.
